To the Ceiling

I've been aching to wear this skirt. Even though its been COLD and rainy these past few days. I didn't want to wear tights but i liked the look with the latex leggings, especially since its a warmer alternative. I like the cooler weather, but I'm sooo ready for some warm weather.Road Trip Maybe?

Chill Mode

I'm in complete chill mode, at least when i'm not going to work. Like today, I've thrown on boots made for walking, paired w/ a comfortable plaid shirt.
i'm also running on few hours of sleep, which is probably why i'm so chill aka tired. I've been taking a random dance breaks to rejuvenate myself... that along with frequent trips to starbucks for chocolate chocolate chip frappuchinos. Because when the weather starts getting chillier, i start to crave frozen beverages.

Plaid Fascination

Lately, i've been a little smitten with plaid. However, when i saw this top while thrifting, i didn't like it. But i liked that it was plaid and thought that i could rework it for a sewing project. I haven't gotten around to reworking it just yet, but i'm kinda digging the sleeves on it. I paired it with a plaid patterned skirt that i've had for a while now and should probably wear more often.

Pink Plaid

The autumn weather has been gorgeous these past few days in Atlanta, and nothing says "fall has arrived" like plaid. So i'm celebrating fall's arrival with a twist on plaid. And its pink with crazy lines. Nuff said. Also, I didn't expect pink and peach to go this well together.

Its better in blue

This is my favorite shade of blue. I found this blue blazer,and couldn't resist wearing it despite the heat outside.In my defense, its really cool in the office, so it worked out. Am I the only one that gets a little shy during photoshoots? Being that i take my pics outside(usually somewhere public ie: on the streets of Atlanta)for the good light, i'm subject to a lot of confused stares and wary looks. Does anyone else get a bit self-concious during their photoshoots? Do tell!

Troubles

Its pink and black again today and no face pics on account of the fact that i was upset when the pics were taken. And the fact that i morph into this monster when i get upset: Swollen face, red eyes, the whole shebang...lol. But i'm seemingly better now, hoping that all will work itself out in God's time.
Unto more cheerful or lighter subjects, my outfit. I've layered a summer halter top over a turtle neck and wore pink tights to accentuate the pink in the top. Whoo!! for getting mileage out of summer clothes...I do feel like i should have chosen different shoes though...what do you lovely readers think?

My outfit from Wednesday-Fun Plaid

I've been having technical difficulties, but thankfully, i'm back up and running. Unfortunately, pictures of my outfits from thursday and friday were deleted. Yet somehow i still have my picture of wednesday 's outfit. I'll be back to posting daily. On wednesday, i wore my fun plaid shirt, the neckline's kinda ruffled and frilly, so to keep from looking to cutesy for work, i paired the shirt with a black belt. Here's what i wore:
